ABOUT
Who is behind the money meta
moneymeta.fun is built and operated by Adam Pangelinan. It is a public, source-linked decision instrument for comparing ways to make money, not financial or career advice.
What the site does
The board applies the language of a competitive-game meta report to income paths. Each path is called a deck. The start-now lens weighs win-rate-adjusted payoff, growth, and reachability. The highest-ceiling lens weighs terminal pay and trajectory. Tiers are relative to the current 98-deck board, with an absolute floor that prevents a weak field from creating an S tier by rank alone.
Evidence and limitations
Occupation decks use public US Bureau of Labor Statistics wage, employment, and projection inputs. Internet, creator, gig, and owner paths do not have equivalent public medians. The board keeps their median deliberately conservative and labels weaker evidence instead of treating exceptional founder outcomes as typical. Every card links to its underlying source or evidence page.
A score is a comparison aid, not a promised salary, return, or outcome. Geography, skill, access, credentials, timing, and individual circumstances can move a real result far from a national median. The site does not accept self-reported user results as ranking truth.
Operator and source code
Adam Pangelinan maintains the product, its committed data, and its published reports. The implementation and scoring model are available in the public repository, so readers can inspect the inputs and calculations rather than rely on an unsupported ranking claim.
